We’re a small team with a flat organisational structure, always in need of helping hands and creative minds. Ideally, you’d be able to dedicate around 4 hours a week for at least 6 months.

Digital communication
Would you like to attend our events to capture memorable moments through photos and videos? You’ll provide this content to the team and/or create and publish posts on social media or our website.
Expertise Contribution
Are you interested in leveraging your expertise in a meaningful setting? Your professional skills are invaluable, whether it’s providing expert support or tasks like translating documents from German to English or managing our database.
Project support at events
Are you someone with a hands-on approach? We’re constantly in need of extra help for planning and executing events. These engagements require only a few hours of commitment..

Our corporate partners‘ employees assist our Access Fast Track participants as Talent Coaches during individual coaching sessions or as Network Allies in informal discussions.
