Andualem is developing a gastronomy business, and he wants to open up a new takeaway shop with Ethiopian style burgers. As he is currently fully engaged in the gastronomy field, he wishes to become a foodpreneur who can accommodate both Ethiopian and Swiss food types. He envisions a cuisine which has different burger types with different Ethiopian spices from hot to mild, making it all fresh and homemade as well as offering regular and gluten-free bread. He wants to achieve this by making it in a healthy, convenient and reasonably-priced way.
