Chantico founded and is leader of the Expo Trans Kultur Verein (EKTV), an intercultural charitable project based in Zurich which started in 2012.
ETKV works with volunteers on intercultural themes using art and dialogue as starting points for intercultural encounters. ETKV offers a platform for creativity, dialogue and collaboration between newcomers and locals. It aims to develop a new model for an intercultural society. Chantico joined the Capacity mentoring programme to develop her organisation, especially to work more effectively with the 20+ ETKV volunteers and for fundraising purposes.
