Ingrid Gázquez is the founder of Be X-perienced (www.bxperienced.org), a non-profit that provides volunteering experiences which encourage social participation on a global scale.
The organization’s mission is to promote the exercise of citizenship, among teenagers and adults, through national and international volunteering programs, cooperation in microprojects, and sociocultural training programs, while supporting participants to step out of their comfort zone, to develop soft skills and to gain multicultural competencies.
